Sales Manager

This dynamic individual will be part of our progressive management team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the New and Used vehicle departments.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for profitability in both departments and for customer retention. As such, applicants must be able to effectively manage sales personnel, have a strong knowledge of the market, an in-depth understanding of all sales departments' financial data as well as strong customer relations skills.

An attractive salary and benefit package is offered to the right candidate. Previous experience in the automotive industry is required.

Sales Consultant

3 job openings currently available at our St. John's location, 1 opening for Bay Roberts. Previous experience in retail sales is an asset but not essential. Numerous benefits including company vehicle and group medical plan.

Service Administration

Current opening within our service department for an administrative support representative. Applicants should have some experience within an office environment and be comfortable using Microsoft Office suite, e-mail, internet, office equipement, etc. Position provides relief for switchboard, therefore any experience in this field would be a definite asset. Preference will be shown to those possessing experience within the auto industry. Compensation negotiable based upon experience and skills set.

Oil Change / Ramp Attendant - Bay Roberts

Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual required in our service department to perform oil changes, tire rotations and other related duties as required. Previous experience is preferred.

Automotive Technicians

Current openings for journeyman and apprentice positions with our service department in both St. John's and Bay Roberts. Ford technicians require constant upgrading and must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Please forward qualifications to service@avalonford.com.
